Booking System

Legal & Policies

Electronic Rental Contracts

• Customer must sign a rental agreement before the trip.
• Options:
1. E-signature API: Integrate DocuSign, HelloSign, or SignRequest. After booking, send email with signing link. Store signed PDFs.
2. Built-in signature pad: On booking confirmation page, include signature field (HTML5 canvas). Generate PDF using PDF (PHP) or PDF and email copies.
• Contract content: Liability waiver, damage policy, fuel policy, cancellation terms (provide your legal text).

Automated Emails

• Booking confirmation (immediate) with summary and payment receipt.
• Contract signing request (if not signed during booking).
• Contract signed confirmation with PDF attached.
• Reminder email 24–48 hours before rental (weather, meeting point).
